Guidelines

General Rules

• Students must reach school on time. Late comers may not be allowed to attend classes.
• Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days.
• Students must carry their school diary and ID card daily.
• Running, shouting, or playing in corridors and classrooms is strictly prohibited.
• Students must maintain cleanliness in the school premises.
• Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the school campus.
• Students must respect teachers, staff, and fellow students.
• Damaging school property will result in disciplinary action and fine.

Attendance Rules

• Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in examinations.
• Leave application must be submitted in advance for planned leaves.
• Medical certificate is required for sick leave of more than 3 days.
• Students must not leave school premises during school hours without permission.
• Parents must inform the school in case of emergency leave.

Examination Rules

• Students must carry their own stationery during examinations.
• Calculators and electronic devices are not allowed unless specified.
• Students must reach the examination hall 15 minutes before the exam.
• Unfair means during examination will result in cancellation of paper.
• Answer sheets will not be provided after the scheduled time.
• Students must maintain silence during examinations.

Library Rules

• Students must maintain silence in the library.
• Books must be returned within the stipulated time.
• Fine will be charged for late return of books.
• Damaged or lost books must be replaced or paid for.
• Reference books are not to be taken out of the library.

Transport Rules

• Students must be at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Students must not stand on the footboard or lean out of windows.
• Students must maintain discipline inside the bus.
• Any change in bus route must be informed in writing.
• Parents must be present to receive young children at the bus stop.
